The hotel was absolutely great and lovely, with favourable location close enough to walk to lakeside. The rooms were huge and large, were equipped with balcony view and body lotion bottles and shampoo. The staff was helpful all that time. The stay was really lovely!

We had a very enjoyable stay with good value at Hotel Ezen. The hotel was close to the main shopping area in Lakeside, main attractions, and Lake Pokhara. It was only a 5-minute drive from Phewa Lake.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect: it was right at the center of the city and near many great restaurants, including Fresh Elements. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with clean rooms and powerful showers. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to help us with transportation and parking. Breakfast was also a highlight, with great quality food served each morning.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the staff were so friendly and welcoming, offering complimentary Christmas cookies and drinks, which was a lovely touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main shops and restaurants. And I loved the fact that the rooms were equipped with both a fan and AC, so guests could choose based on their preference.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow and unreliable at times, making it difficult to stay connected with loved ones during the holiday season. the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, with some mildew in the corner of the shower.

The hotel's view was spectacular and the air conditioning heater saved us from the cold weather. the hotel's cleanliness and its proximity to a central location only two minutes away, where we could easily shop, eat and enjoy activities were a big plus for us.

There were a couple of aspects that dampened our stay. the thin curtains let the light in, which woke us up early in the morning.
